Concessionaire Registration Form

By submitting the registration form below, you are agreeing to and understanding that placement and acceptance as a vendor for the 2026 Haywood County Fair is at the sole discretion of the Fair Manager.

*PLEASE NOTE: FOOD VENDORS MUST CALL BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION TO ENSURE PROPER  HOOK-UP, AVOID DUPLICATE PRODUCTS, AND MUST SUBMIT TO A COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT  INSPECTION. All FOOD VENDORS must provide a copy of current Certificate of Insurance.

*** All vendors, exhibit booth managers, and concessionaires receive 2 free fair passes. If more than 2 are needed additional passes can be purchased for $15.00 each. This covers all 4 days of the fair. Parking is FREE.

RELEASE: By my signature I acknowledge that I have read and agree to Rules and Regulations to participate in the fair. I further  acknowledge that the Smoky Mountain Event Center Board or Manager assumes no responsibility or liability for any  injury, damage, loss, or accident resulting from my use of the SMEC facilities or grounds. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and acceptance and placement of booth space will be a the sole discretion of the Fair Management.
